Every approval remains manual until server authority, intended use, and RuneX configuration are confirmed.

    Authenticate leadership

    Sign in with Discord and select a server you own or manage.

    Provide the server ID, owner, primary contact, community purpose, and requested protections.

These checks protect both the partner network and the communities being reviewed. Member count alone does not automatically approve or deny a server.

    Server identity and primary staff contact are verified.

    Safety, evidence, privacy, and appeal rules are accepted.

    No unresolved misuse or intentionally false-report concerns are present.

    RuneX has only the permissions required for selected features.

    A management reviewer grants final partner approval.
