Overview

RuneX is a Discord-native safety and moderation service for approved partner communities. This notice explains the information RuneX may process when the bot and its related support services are used.

Information RuneX may process

• Discord user, server, channel, role, and moderator identifiers needed to operate configured features.
• Blacklist case information, including reasons, staff notes, evidence links, aliases, strikes, and edit history.
• Partner-server settings, scan outcomes, enforcement totals, error records, and operational logs.
• Commerce-verification information required for supported creator access, such as provider references and protected license or purchase identifiers.
• Information voluntarily submitted through support, appeal, or report tickets.

How information is used

RuneX uses this information to operate partner protections, locate and review documented cases, preserve moderation audits, process appeals, troubleshoot the service, and prevent duplicate or unauthorized access.

Visibility and sharing

RuneX case records are not intended as a public directory. Information may be shown to authorized staff or partner teams when needed for a configured safety action, review, or appeal. Partner communities are responsible for protecting the information they access.

Retention and security

Records may be retained for safety, audit, dispute, and operational needs. RuneX uses access controls and protected credentials, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Sensitive bot secrets are never intended for public pages or Discord messages.
