Using RuneX

RuneX is provided to approved Discord communities for safety, moderation, case management, and supported creator-access workflows. By configuring or using RuneX, you agree to use it lawfully, in good faith, and only with authority in the relevant server.

Partner responsibilities

• Keep RuneX permissions and role placement limited to what your server actually needs.
• Review evidence and context before taking moderation action whenever circumstances require human judgment.
• Do not use RuneX to harass, threaten, discriminate against, or knowingly submit false information about anyone.
• Protect case information and restrict management commands to trusted staff.
• Follow Discord's terms, community guidelines, and all applicable laws.

Local control and enforcement

Each partner server controls its RuneX configuration and remains responsible for its own moderation decisions. Report-only scans, local exceptions, and other safeguards should be used when automatic action is not appropriate.

Cases, reports, and appeals

A RuneX record does not remove the need for accurate evidence and fair review. Staff may correct, void, or update records when warranted. Affected users may request review through the designated appeal panel; submitting an appeal does not guarantee a particular outcome.

Availability and changes

RuneX may change, suspend, or retire features to maintain security, reliability, or policy compliance. Integrations may also be affected by Discord or third-party provider changes. Material policy updates will be reflected on this page.
